Announcing Tournament Awards and Prizes
An Overview
We’re excited to share with you the tournament prizes for our three upcoming tournaments: The Debut Challenge, The Online Qualifier (for NCFCA Students), and The Online Qualifier (for Stoa Students).
Ace Peak and Ziggy have teamed up for a reason. Together, we’re going to be offering more than $2500 in coaching services and tournament vouchers for the tournament’s top three finishers.
“What if I win these prizes as a senior?”
Coaching sessions are a great way to prepare for the upcoming Online Debate Championships in June. If you’re finished with high school speech and debate, spend your sessions with Coach Joseph on life coaching. He can help you with college prep, career planning, and more.
Ziggy tournament vouchers can be transferred to siblings or friends. If you don’t have siblings, consider donating your voucher to someone who could benefit from it.
The Debut Challenge
1st place teams in LD and TP will each receive a Silver Package (4/hrs) with Coach Joseph ($172 value).
2nd place teams in LD and TP will each receive a 2/hr session with Coach Joseph ($88 value).
3rd place teams in LD and TP will each receive a 1/hr session with Coach Joseph ($45 value).
The Online Qualifiers
The following awards apply to both of the Ace Peak x Ziggy Online Qualifying Tournaments.
1st place teams in LD and TP will each receive a Silver Package with Coach Joseph ($172 value) and four free registrations for future Ziggy Online Tournaments ($100 value).
2nd place teams in LD and TP will each receive a 2/hr session with Coach Joseph ($88 value) and two free registrations for future Ziggy Online Tournaments ($50 value).
3rd place teams in LD and TP will each receive a 1/hr session with Coach Joseph ($45 value) and one free registration for a future Ziggy Online Tournament ($25 value).
Wait, What About the Online Championships?
We’re planning to offer even larger prizes for our Online National Championships.
We’re currently in talks with several third parties on this matter. Details are forthcoming.
Leaderboards
After the Debut Challenge, we’ll be unveiling the Ace Peak Leaderboards page, a new place for you to keep track of the top debaters and speakers in our online league over the coming years. We can’t wait to share that with you.
Awards Ceremony
Tournament awards ceremonies will be live-streamed. The link to the live stream will be emailed to tournament registrants and published on social media so that friends and family can tune in.
