NCFCA TP Case: Taking the Bite Out of Crime

We’re cultivating excellent examples in case-writing to show case. This case will be the first of many older cases we’ll be adding to our archive.

It’s an affirmative case from the NCFCA TP resolution in the 2015-16 season: “The United States Federal Court system should be significantly reformed.”
