What They Do
Praxis is an intensive boot camp for entrepreneurial young professionals who want real-world skills. It offers three key advantages over a traditional college route:
Much faster. You’ll graduate Praxis in just six months, as opposed to the 3-4 years a college degree takes. That means you get into your chosen career sooner and earn more.
More flexible. Praxis is perfect for people who want more control of their education, and for people who aren’t sure what career they want to pursue. It puts you to work immediately creating and collaborating, giving you opportunities to find what sparks your passion.
Guaranteed success. If you complete the program, Praxis guarantees you’ll land a full-time job offer at a growing startup. Graduates, on average, earn $50,000 in their first year and usually advance quickly through the ranks at their companies.
By the time your peers have earned their bachelor’s degrees, you’ll already have several years of work experience in a field you’re passionate about. Best of all, you’ll be debt-free.
Praxis is Not for Everyone
Praxis is not a one-size-fits-all solution.
You should still go to college if you want to pursue a career in a field that requires a technical certification or specific degree, like electrical engineering or brain surgery.
You should also be prepared for a very intense six months, that will stretch you in ways you didn’t think possible. It’s not easy, but the payoff is well worth it.
Praxis is Perfect for Homeschooler Debaters
The default narrative is: go to your local public school, or a private one if you can afford it. Focus on your grades. Post good test scores. Go to college, study a specific subject for many years, graduate with a lot of debt, and seek out an entry-level job in the field you studied.
That path works for some people. But as a homeschool debater, you understand that there are many paths to a great career. You’re walking a very unusual high school path that puts you way ahead of the competition. That’s why many debaters just like you have already chosen Praxis to launch their careers.
Praxis Scholarships
Praxis already offers a $1000 scholarship to all NCFCA alumni. If you competed in NCFCA in high school, you won the scholarship. It’s that easy.
Praxis is also sponsoring the Ace Peak x Ziggy Online National Tournaments with six additional $1000 scholarships. To win one, you must win a championship in either form of debate, in either of our national tournaments.
The scholarships stack; that means you can combine your championship scholarship with your NCFCA scholarship for $2000 off your Praxis tuition.
