National Varsity Camp Information

National camps are open to anyone. Varsity camps assume that you have attended at least one of our previous camps. While most attendees will have at least a year of competitive experience, ambitious novices are invited to attend after completing the Debate Foundation Camp.

Schedule and Platform

Camp runs online for two days, from 10am-6pm CST each day.

Camp will run on video-conferencing application Zoom. Make sure that you download Zoom and sign up for a free account before registration.

Topics Covered 

• Rapid resolution breakdown, using procedure productively, advanced arguments, and case structures.

• At least one year of parli experience is recommended.

After registration closes, a final camp schedule will be created specifically for registrants. Schedule is subject to change at any time.

Bring a Judge

We will have two practice debate rounds/drills on the afternoon of Day 2. Every team must register an adult who can judge 1-2 rounds/drills.

Cancellation/Refunds

We know that life isn’t always predictable. If something comes up and you can’t attend, we’ll fully refund your registration up to two weeks before camp. Just let us know!
